About The Practice

What we need is a good Evil Plan.

I work exclusively with teens and young adults (ages 12-25) using comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy. This is what I do.

My practice is small: 15-17 clients at a time. When we're working through suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or the kind of emotional chaos that makes every day feel impossible, your teen isn't one of forty. They're one of fifteen.

DBT for this age group is intensive: weekly individual therapy, skills groups where they learn alongside other teens, phone coaching between sessions when they need it.

I was a nerd, I married a nerd, I made nerd babies. My household runs on gaming, D&D campaigns, and debates about deck strategies. The worlds your teen lives in—Discord servers, raid groups, online friendships—aren't distractions from real life. They ARE real life.

Evening hours and telehealth across South Carolina mean therapy doesn't have to pull your teen away from school, activities, or the things that matter. Treatment works better when it fits into their life, not the other way around.
